  Rude as heck: Last week I drive up to Mcdonalds and it is about 12:30 in the morning. All the lights are on and there are cars in the parking lot. One would assume that Mcdonald's is open. I didn’t take time to pull up next to the door to read the hours. Why bother everything appeared as if they were open. Besides most the time the hours posted on any ones door is so small that you have to get out of the car to go up and read them. I do anyway. I drive up the drive through and stopped at the menu board which happen to be all lit up too. There is even a little red flashing light at the speaker area that reads “serving breakfast all day;” um all day, isn't all day 24 hours? So everything is seaming like Mcdonald's is definitely open. So I wait, and wait, and wait, with a few dozen “hellos” each one louder than the next. Finally I give up and drive around to the window to see what is going on. I see the workers in there cleaning, machines broken apart being cleaned. Well hell, they are closed.
  
  But, there is a guy three feet from the drive through window cleaning something. I wanted to tell him “that they appear to be open with all the signage on, including one that states “serving breakfast all day.” I yelled out “buddy” a few time. Okay so maybe he did not hear me. I honked and he looked straight out the window in my direction but just ignored me. He ignored the three following honks as well. I did check before leaving and yes they closed about 30 minutes before my arrival. They were closed at the time; so I was not a paying customer at that point. Nevertheless I am still a customer, it is not like havn’t spent my money there several times beforehand. He could have been polite enough to simply open the window and see what was going on. I would rather anger someone enough to call me an butthole; at least they would have a reason to do so. He had no reason to ignore me like that. The worse customer service I have ever had, the silent treatment. What I would have said is “man you lured me in with all the lights being on even a flashing light that says you're going to serve me breakfast ‘ALL DAY,’ caused me to wait at the speaker forever like a doh doh.”
  
  Well after luring me in like that, just to ignore me all I have to say to him now is “ I HOPE YOU HAVE A GLASS BELLY BUTTON BECAUSE YOU HAVE YOUR HEAD STUCK SO FAR UP YOUR ARROGANCE YOU NEED SOME WAY TO SEE. At least have the courtesy to turn the menu lights off if you're closed and going to waist 10 minutes of my time, if you're not willing to give me two minutes of your time to hear that you've already wasted ten of mine.”
  
  Oh, if you are a manager it happened that reads this and wants to relay the message to your employs, it was Thursday september the 8th approximately 12:30.
